CAD Design
Our expert designers are capable to translate your concept from sketches, photograph or written specification into a remarkable CAD design. The design with different dimensions is sent for customer approval with the preferred metal color and stones. Our CAD design services provide high quality output with increased accuracy of gem setting which helps you visualize the real picture of the product before production.
3D Printing
Our high definition 3D printers will give smooth and precise surface prints. We offer a range of resins including 3D resin molds to help you in case of repeat production as well as direct-to-casting resins for one-off-pieces. We are here to share our expert advice while ensuring the best outcome to meet your jewelry production needs.
Casting
Whether it’s a single customized piece of a customer or mass production of a new design, our casting expertise produces a magnificent finished product. Our use of only the finest wax injection systems significantly reduces mold lines, over-weight pieces and final bench work which in turn saves time and money. Vacuum pressure casting is used to ensure the liquid metal is spread evenly throughout the entire mold. Each step of the casting process is closely monitored to ensure the highest level of quality.
Manufacturing
Kaydee has made jewelry manufacturing easier by offering end to end services in one place. We provide fast and cost effective ways to produce fine jewelry either its one piece or in bulk. ​ We specialize in producing goods in gold with colored stones and/or with or without diamonds while casting various different gold shades including white, rose and yellow gold in different carats. Our company uses only the best alloys to ensure long lasting finish and has the expertise to extract the finest finished product from each precious metal. We also specialize in creating high-end Sterling Silver designs using semi-precious stones and cubic zircon with premium quality and high standards as gold pieces while offering competitive prices.
Polishing and Setting
Diamonds and gemstones are set in position with definite precision. Our experienced setters carve and refine the metal around the adjustments, to line up the stones accurately. After the completion of setting, our proficient cleaning and polishing gives the created jewelry pieces their real shine and flawless finish. At Kaydee gems during the creation process the fine-tuning of polishing is executed several times to ensure qualitative goods.
